Appointment Booking Guide
- Please select Online Services / Clinic Appointment Booking from the top menu.
Search for the desired physician by name, date, or specialty.
Then select Physician, Day, and finally Time.
Enter the complete patient information.
By selecting Confirm and Pay, you will proceed to the payment stage. After paying the deposit, an SMS confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you.
Appointment Booking Regulations:
Dear visitor, please carefully read the following instructions before using the appointment booking system:
Clinic working hours are daily except official holidays, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Online appointments must be booked only using the patient’s own personal information.
(In case of any discrepancy between the registered information and the patient’s ID card, corrections can be made upon presenting the original ID.)Patients must arrive at the clinic 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
In online booking, the full visit fee is not collected in advance based on insurance type or self-payment; therefore, please visit the cashier with the original ID card to confirm your appointment.
If the physician is unavailable, your appointment will be canceled by the clinic secretary, and you will be notified via phone call to the registered contact number. For deposit refunds, please visit the clinic cashier in person.
Patient Rights
1. The right to receive eligible health services is a fundamental patient right.
2. Information should be provided to the patient completely and understandably.
3. The right to choose and make decisions freely regarding health services should be respected as a patient right.
4. The provision of health services should adhere to the patient's rights to privacy and confidentiality.
5. Access to complaint system is a patient right.
